Fully Frameless Shower Screens, Using Solid Chome Plated Brass, Patch Fittings & Hinges

The brass patch fittings & hinges are manufactured all over the world, the most common ones used in Australia, are from Taiwan, China & New Zealand.

Not many people that sell these screens, will tell you that the most important fitting, being the hinge, is only clamped to the glass by 11mm, around what is known as a "C" notch.  "That's less than ¹/₂" in the old language".  A 10mm thick glass door that measures 2000 x 650mm weighs approximately 33Kg. These hinges are designed for a maximum weight of 36Kg.

All hardware is forged solid brass and is available in several finishes: bright chrome plated, satin chrome plated, polished brass & lacquered, brass, 24k gold plated and powder coated or a mixture of colours.  Special orders can be arranged.  Ask me about your options.

These hinges also have a self-centring mechanism which helps the door stay in the closed position. The doors swing in both directions and even have a wall hung offset hinge suitable for fixing the door almost flush with edge of your tiling.
